The majority of the company's trainees continue their careers at Onlineprinters after successfully completing their apprenticeship.The apprentices at Onlineprinters are supervised by experienced skilled staff from the different departments together with HR manager Juliana Gubar. She says: "All our trainees take part in comprehensive onboarding at the beginning of their apprenticeship which lasted two days for the first time this year." The apprentices learn what makes the Onlineprinters business model so successful and how the company has evolved from a traditional family-run printing business to one of Europe's leading online printers and a corporate group of companies with 1,660 employees in just 16 years.
