“The strategy we adopted – says Celmacch’s General Manager, Luca Celotti” is based on a process of increased industrialization of the company, structuring of the various departments and growth of internal resources”.The Chroma Print - high definition flexo printers – and Chroma Cut - HBL rotary die cutters – product lines have been thoroughly improved from a project point of view and are now being chosen by the biggest players in the market who now represent loyal customers. The new vacuum cleaner and stacker has also been recently added to Celmacch’s list of machines.
Clients have appreciated and rewarded Celmacch’s reliability and as a result the sales results and orders for 2022 have significantly exceeded expectations.
Along with investments in several new technologies, the company is re-organizing internal resources with the introduction of new key roles. “Involving and valuing internal resources and contractors – continues Luca Celotti – introducing new experienced individuals who are able to bring new ideas and perspectives, contributes to a positive and well-structured growth for the company”.
The organizational structure has also been strengthened by the introduction of an Operations Director, with a solid and extensive experience in the cardboard industry, which will ensure increased efficiency and industrialization across departments.
A dedicated service department, with its own warehouse and technicians for post-sale assistance and interventions, guarantees an efficient and quick response to customer’s needs. This represents a result of Celmacch’s “customer oriented” philosophy.
The organisation’s efficiency has been improved also thanks to a restyling of the facility, with a recent expansion of offices and of the production areas, new bridge cranes to optimize and speed up assembly, a Modula automated warehouse, the implementation of the SAP ERP solution to best monitor and manage the different phases of the company process, and finally a supply chain management based on a slender just-in-time production.
Particular attention has been dedicated to the selection of new suppliers, who will work side by side with existing ones, all of them based in Europe and capable of producing high quality components.
2022 will be a very important year for Celmacch, with a portfolio of orders amounting to approximately 30 million euros: the company – which has earned the trust of some of the biggest players in the market - is proud and honored by these results. Furthermore, 2022 will see Celmacch busy in the completion of a new important project: the Chroma Print 2-side HBL printer which will be able to print on both sides of the cardboard. The combination of a bottom-printing module with a top-printing one will provide customers the chance to print sheets both inside and outside. This will particularly benefit the e-commerce sector, currently in a phase of rapid expansion.
In conclusion, Celmacch has defined and actioned a detailed strategy which combines human resources, vanguard technology, innovative projects and key investments, all of which will fuel a solid and continuous growth for the company.
