As a result of the press’s high quality and latest innovations, W&H has been able to successfully stand out against the competition. Examples of these innovations include the HELIOCONTROL register control, groundbreaking inking system with adjustable rollers and powerful drying systems. Much of our success is thanks to the constructive input from customers that has driven improvements and developments.Many W&H customers take advantage of the opportunity to run print trials on the HELIOSTAR S at the W&H Technology Center in Lengerich. Trials provide customers with an objective assessment of actual performance when running high-value gravure packaging and results serve as a basis for W&H and customers to discuss equipment alternatives and decide upon optimal machine configuration.
HELIOSTAR S presses are currently running in approximately 40 countries, demonstrating that these machines can meet a wide range of regional requirements. At W&H in Lengerich, between two and three HELIOSTAR S presses are built per month. Optimized manufacturing and assembly processes guarantee timely delivery of high-performance machines as a foundation upon which our customers can build their businesses.
