Administrative optimisation as a weapon in a highly competitive marketAt a time when the administrative costs of most print and sign orders in Europe are still astonishingly high, Dataline offers an effective solution with the MIS/ERP software MultiPress. Developed specifically for the graphic manufacturing industry, the software automates and optimises all business processes. According to Dataline CEO Dirk Deroo, improving efficiency through automation is no longer a choice but a dire necessity:
"Since drupa 2016, digitalisation and automation have entered our industry at an accelerated rate. Print professionals in Europe and beyond are aware that they need to automate their administrative workflow as well as streamline their other business processes. Only then can they hold their own in an increasingly competitive market. An investment in the most innovative MIS/ERP software is therefore probably the best investment with the highest ROI they can find at this drupa. We are ready to show them how to halve their administrative costs and double their margins!"
The groundbreaking additions to MultiPress 6.0 Sirius
MultiPress has long been known as the all-encompassing, modular software that integrates all business processes of any print and sign company into one database. Standard functionalities such as CRM, e-business, calculation, communication, order follow-up, planning and production, purchasing, logistics (expedition, delivery and installation), invoicing and reporting are all possible.
With MultiPress 6.0 Sirius, Dataline introduces at drupa 2024 the continuation of a series of pioneering extensions to this well-known package. These are each aimed at further automating the entire workflow at print and sign companies, from the first customer contact to delivery and invoicing. An overview of some of the most important new features of MultiPress 6.0 Sirius:
- MultiPress AI Assistant: the AI assistant analyses the entire MultiPress database and provides suggestions for improved results, increasing quotation scoring chances.
- MultiPress Cloud: MultiPress is from now on usable as a cloud application for its most important functions with modern, intuitive interfaces and a clear design for optimal ease of use.
- Renewed MultiPress App: based on extensive customer and user feedback, the apps (installation, expedition and CRM) were reworked with a greatly improved set of MultiPress features and packaged into one powerful application for iOS and Android devices.
- Planning: a revamped clear interface, greater accuracy and new settings make the complexity of planning more clear, insightful and flexible.
- Order Manager 2.0: a clear set of tools that help the order manager follow up jobs all the way to production.
- Displays, labels and packaging: MultiPress now also offers a solution for calculating, managing and producing displays, labels and packaging.
