The new 'Invest small, print big' package comprises the company's industry-leading automation software, Switch, which Enfocus has further adapted to integrate with existing workflows in the wide-format sector. The result, the business says, provides essential value-adding gains for its brand and printer customers via job onboarding, smart preflighting, customer approval and production preparation.Davy Verstaen, Switch Product Manager at Enfocus, commented: "At Enfocus, we understand the unique challenges of the wide-format print industry, and, as ever, we look to deliver software solutions that make a real difference. We have worked alongside our channel partners to helped companies with "automation" for over 25 years by enhancing processes involved with onboarding jobs, smart preflight, customer approval and production preparation of the jobs. To give our clients a new dimension of support, we have created a new tailored package that we can’t wait to showcase at FESPA 2022.“
The adapted Switch solution is a stand-alone workflow automation platform that connects MIS, proofing, e-commerce, web-to-print, PDF preflighting, customer approval and production preparation processes. It can be integrated with input and output sources, and it enables printers to create a fully automated process for their print applications and devices to save time and costs, ultimately driving greater value through the entire value chain.
Davy added: "We have tailored our solution for wide-format printers to provide a financially, technically and operationally attractive solution that enables them to compete, succeed, and grow in their market. The package enables printers to make people, processes and equipment more efficient and effective, increasing profitability and driving competitive advantage.
"Removing repetitive and manual tasks and visualising workload comes from a data-driven workflow. Having the ability to build a solution that connects everything and remains scalable is exactly what Enfocus Switch is designed to do."
