Chroma High Tech II runs in-line with an Asahi flatbed die cutter and it has been chosen to considerably enhance the company’s post-print maximum accuracy in print register and performances.Designed to offer high productivity and expecitional print quality, Chroma Print HT II is the latest version of the high-definition flexo printer of the Chroma Print line, the top-of-the-range model. Chroma HT II is equipped with the latest technology, such us the stereo changeover whilst the machine is running and the latest electronic by Siemens.

CHROMA PRINT has been developed according to the highest European quality standards. The mechanical parts are manufactured in Italy, electric and electronic components and direct drive motors are Siemens branded, and the remaining parts are supplied exclusively by the best European manufacturers. The assembly of the whole machine takes place in Italy in Celmacch's factory in Desenzano in order to guarantee the greatest level of reliability over the long period.
Last generation Dierct drive feeder by belts with Siemens independent motors allow to inserts sheet without marking or crashing. Thanks to a powerful turbine and precision engineering, these innovative transports offer the highest accuracy, energy efficiency, low power consumption and a remarkable reduced air and dust circulation.
Carbon fibre chambered doctor blade (Celmacch patent pending)
Best technological solution to obtain surprising results with flexographic printing. Carbon material offers many advantages such as an easy cleaning process, ink saving and anti-corrosion in the long term. The magnetic system for attaching the blade ensures speed and safety for the operator.
Automatic wash-up of the inking system
This is an innovative and efficient system, designed to reduce water consumption and time taken to change jobs during the doctor blade and ink circuit cleaning processes. PLC control allows to set different washing programs (base, medium, strong) and times.
