Onlineprinters is a leading international print service provider; the company was a European pioneer with the 2004 opening of its first online shop. Today they offer a multitude of printed products, ranging from brochures to posters, from flyers to catalogues, from books to labels, available both in high-quality offset and brilliant digital printing quality.In the German-based factory, adhesive labels are printed on an Epson roll-to-roll inkjet digital press and finished near line on the Tecnau CutReady system, consisting of an Unwinder 550, High Performance Cutter TC 7000 TS and Shingling Conveyor TC 0250. The system cross cuts, side trims and center slits web widths up to 500mm down to variable form sizes such as the popular A4, A5, A6 and A8. The system runs at speeds up to 50 m/min and supports 24/7 operations, making the CutReady a versatile, efficient and highly productive solution for the manufacture of self-adhesive label specialty applications.
“With the new Tecnau CutReady System we now have the opportunity to make single cut-outs from our labels on rolls. This is an outright newly developed post press machine.
