Marking the first Dscoop event held in Europe in seven years, the show highlights HP’s continued commitment to supporting European print service providers (PSPs) and converters improve productivity, automate production workflows, and unlock new growth opportunities through connected digital print technologies.

“Nonstop Digital Printing is our commitment to a new standard in production, where true productivity is measured by predictable production, consistent sellable output and higher profitability. This is exactly what we’re bringing to Dscoop Slovenia”, said Noam Zilbershtain, VP and GM, HP Indigo.

“We’re showing how that vision comes together across the entire production ecosystem: from the strong market momentum of the HP Indigo 7K+, now commercially available just three months after its reveal, to the innovative Value Pack of HP Indigo 18K, Indigo’s most versatile B2 platform. We are also expanding our workflow ecosystem with innovations such as HP PrintOS Order Flow and our recently-announced collaboration with Movi o robots. Together, these advancements - combined with AI-powered tools - help stabilize print performance, accelerate decision-making, and enable printers to run more jobs supporting the ongoing labor constraints, with less downtime, and faster delivery.”

Delivering Improved Press Economics for PSPs with Global Commercial Availability of the HP Indigo 7K+
Following its unveiling at Dscoop Edge Rockies only 3 months ago, the HP Indigo 7K+ Digital Press is now commercially available worldwide. Built on HP Indigo’s most successful A3 commercial digital platform, the HP Indigo 7K+ was designed to help commercial PSPs simplify operations while improving press economics and production flexibility.

The new Eco Print Mode, a four-colour print mode that uses a thinner ink layer, enables lower running costs while maintaining good print quality. Following extensive beta testing with customers across North America and Europe, customers reported that between 40% and 60% of jobs were suitable for Eco Mode printing, directly contributing to greater sustainability and profitability.

The beta program also demonstrated strong global momentum for the platform, with customers leveraging the press to expand application offerings, while maintaining the speed, reliability, and premium output required in today’s commercial print environment.

“The new HP Indigo 7K+ digital press has not only met our expectations in terms of efficiency and print quality — it has, in many aspects, surpassed them,” said Corinna Schorsch, CEO of novaconcept schorsch. “Operating primarily in Eco Mode, the press delivers outstanding cost-effectiveness while maintaining consistently high production quality. The HP Indigo 7K+ fulfils everything we demand from a cutting-edge, economically efficient, and premium-quality digital printing platform,”

HP Indigo 18K Value Pack Unlocks New Application Opportunities
HP Indigo also announced the new HP Indigo 18K Value Pack, available exclusively for existing HP Indigo 15K Digital Press customers looking to upgrade their capabilities. The offering enhances the HP Indigo 15K with a simplified user experience, an enhanced reliability kit, and extended versatility through a new upgraded one-shot duplex thick media kit supporting substrates up to 600 microns (24 pt).

The new thick media capabilities enable customers to explore new, profitable print applications, including trading cards, hang tags, and luxury folding carton production. Today, approximately 50% of HP Indigo 18K customers are already using the thick media kit.

“By upgrading from the HP Indigo 15K to the capabilities of the HP Indigo 18K, we have transformed how we plan for the future. Our primary goal is to expand the gamut of substrates we can print on and increase our digital capacity to take on more small offset jobs, running them quickly and efficiently with outstanding quality. The ability to print foil-board, up to 24-point, with premium white, opens entirely new revenue opportunities for us”, said Nick Giesbrecht, President of City Press.

Building on the Success of the HP PageWide T4250 HDR with a New Configuration Purpose-Built for the Commercial Book Market
The 42” (106 cm) HP PageWide T4250 HDR, launched in 2025, delivers groundbreaking digital productivity with offset-class quality at print speeds up to 244 m/min (800 fpm). It delivers stunning levels of quality and application versatility with ease, while sustainably reducing waste and energy consumption.

Today, we are announcing a new configuration for publishing applications that delivers the same unparalleled performance with even lower energy consumption and a smaller footprint and capital investment. “We are committed to helping our publishing customers accelerate their digital transformation and the new T4250 HDR configuration is the right press to deliver offset-class quality with all the benefits of digital printing”, said Barbara McManus, VP and GM, HP PageWide.

Scaling Nonstop Digital Printing with Autonomous Mobile Robots
Extending automation beyond software and into the production floor, HP is also integrating Movi o autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) across HP Indigo and HP PageWide workflows following its reseller agreement announcement earlier this year. The AMRs automate material movement between production stages, helping PSPs reduce manual intervention, improve operational visibility and keep operators focused on print production within increasingly connected production environments.

Connecting Brands, Order Intake, Production and Workflow Automation with HP PrintOS Order Flow
HP is also expanding its IPSS ecosystem with HP PrintOS Order Flow, a production-ready order management solution that eliminates fragmented intake. HP PrintOS Order Flow unifies MIS, marketplace, brand and API-driven orders into a single automated workflow and delivers validated orders directly into the right production environment - HP Site Flow, direct to DFE or another downstream system. It provides PSPs centralized control across every channel and the ability to scale without adding complexity. General availability is planned from early 2027.

“At Drupa 2016, we introduced the Intelligent Factory vision with PrintOS. Ten years of data, learning and real production intelligence later, we are building on that foundation in ways no one else in this industry can,” said Diana Pascual Soldevilla, General Manager, HP Industrial Print Software and Solutions. “Each new capability connects to the next, from order intake to production orchestration to intelligent automation, so that PSPs can own their workflow, own the value and grow on their own terms.”

Advancing the Nonstop Digital Printing Vision Through AI and Automation
HP Site Flow continues to expand with new capabilities designed to help PSPs scale production, providing faster onboarding for new brand relationships, and enhanced analytics to support smarter decision-making across the production floor. HP Site Flow is now integrated into the completely redesigned HP PrintOS Mobile App, drawing on ten years of real-world learning across thousands of production sites worldwide.

From September 2026, HP Nio, HP’s AI-powered companion for workflow management, will be integrated into HP Site Flow. Production teams will have instant access to order status, throughput data, and SLA insights through natural language. No dashboards. No delays. Just faster, smarter decisions when it matters most.

Through its collaboration with GoMake, HP continues to simplify RFQ and quotation processes, helping PSPs reduce manual steps and move jobs into production more efficiently. "The gap between receiving a customer enquiry and getting a job on press has always been where PSPs lose time, margin and confidence. Through our partnership with HP, we enable every PSP to streamline quotation, customer approvals and prepress, and complete the RFQ-to-production in less than 10 minutes,” said Aous Mansour, CEO, GoMake.
