Print jobs previously delivered through offset, such as traditional presentation folders, can now run more cost-effectively at lower quantities, enabling City Press to serve new and emerging customer segments.HP Indigo’s Digital Presses provide cutting-edge solutions designed for high-quality, versatile, and efficient digital printing. With the HP Indigo 18K Value Pack, City Press now benefits from enhanced media handling, improved automation, AI-supported tools, and HP’s next-generation print quality management capabilities — all part of HP’s vision for nonstop digital printing. Through HP Indigo’s Liquid Electrophotography (LEP) technology, 7-colour printing, and expanded substrate range, the upgraded system enables true offset-calibre results while accelerating production speeds.

City Press also plans to maximize productivity, by implementing HP’s PrintOS software alongside its HP Indigo offerings. The print production operating system will maximize production productivity and automate workflows.
Elsewhere, HP xRServices with HoloLens will maintain uptime and productivity on press, ensuring operators have real time access to virtual support, and streamlines maintenance workflows in the process. Together, the combination of the software eliminates manual pre-press work, enabling City Press to handle even more jobs with precision and speed.
