The technology had become outdated, spare parts were hard to source, and the system could no longer meet current quality assurance requirements. To ensure the long-term viability of the press, Maury Imprimeur decided to retrofit the obsolete color control system.

Combined with new ink fountain modules and a new Omnicolor control console, the retrofit enables highly precise, automated color control – directly during the running production.
