The MAGIS PRO-Eco 300+ is designed to make sustainable platemaking simpler and faster. Its integrated workflow is intended to simplify daily operation, reduce manual steps, and support a more efficient production process.

With LED UV exposure, it avoids the warm-up delays of traditional lamps, lowers energy needs, and provides more stable operation. The steady, uniform output of LED ensures consistent plate quality across jobs, while eliminating the hassle of frequent lamp changes and recalibrations.

Tailored for label and narrow web converters as well as repro houses, it offers a practical path to solvent-free platemaking. Unlike thermal systems, this approach combines aqueous processing with ECO3’s unique Dry-Film-Lamination technology, ensuring the consistency, detail and reliability that flexo production demands.

“Our focus is on providing a complete solution”, says Guy Desmet, Global Head of Strategy & Marketing at ECO3. “The MAGIS PRO-Eco 300+ is an important addition because it makes aqueous platemaking more practical and accessible. More importantly, it fits into a bigger picture: an open flexo system that supports both aqueous and solvent workflows, designed to help printers achieve the highest consistency and quality while working more efficiently and with a lower environmental footprint.”
