At the UV Days 2025, visitors can expect a comprehensive insight into hubergroup's UV portfolio: ink and varnish series for food and non-food applications as well as fountain solution additives that are perfectly matched to each other. A particular focus will be on the sheetfed offset range for non-absorbent substrates. With the NewV web LED series, hubergroup is also putting the spotlight on web offset at the IST UV Days. The innovative UV LED ink series was specially developed for semi-commercial applications on newspaper printing presses – and sets new standards in terms of energy efficiency, print quality and sustainability. Thanks to its fast curing, VOC-free formulation and intense colour strength, it scores highly in terms of economy and environmental compatibility. The ink series is a key component in meeting the technical printing requirements for Blue Angel certification (e.g. DE-UZ 195 for print products).
The hubergroup portfolio is rounded off with the NewV tin series for UV sheet metal printing on pre-coated aluminum and tinplate substrates. It offers excellent adhesion, high colour intensity and a wide range of potential applications. The series includes process inks, opaque white, gold and silver inks as well as a mixing system for spot colours. With the introduction of NewV tin LED, hubergroup also offers a solution for energy-efficient LED-UV curing.
