Chroma Smart 1700-2100-2400 represents a perfect combination of innovation and functionality. It was designed and manufactured by paying particular attention to excellent printing quality, purchase expenses reduction, spare parts availability, maintenance and technical assistance round the clock but with low ownership costs. Among its main technical features: real direct servo drive technology (one drive per shaft), sheet transport driven by belts, sheet cleaning system, Matthews fast-lock system with double plates, which ensures both quick printing plate set-up and easy regulation of the cliché inclination thanks to the skew correction device, semi-automatic anilox changeover, carbon chambered doctor blades, automatic wash-up system, driers IR+hot air, quality control system 100%

Chroma High Tech 1700-2100-2400 is Koenig & Bauer’s Celmacch high-end-market model and it ranks among the most innovative and state-of-the-art flexo printers on the corrugated market. Its Direct-Drive technology, and vacuum belts-driven transport system ensure great printing quality and high definition. It features all of the most advanced technologies, including stereo changeover whilst the machine is running (Matthews system), automatic anilox changeover, the most recent zero-defect technology, sheet cleaning system, carbon chambered doctor blades, automatic wash-up system and driers IR+hot air.
Chroma X Pro is Koenig & Bauer’s top-of-the-range flexo printer. Chroma X Pro was designed for high-performance flexo post print in ultimate quality. It is able to handle corrugated sheets of up a thickness of 9 mm (o.354 in). It runs at speeds of up to 14,000 sheets per hour. Among ist main technical features, we are particularly proud of the Feeder Without Feeding Rolls System, the anilox changeover Revolver System (2 minutes and not 3 like for the other models), all transport units are driven by wheels and not by belts, and the frames are built as custom-iron. The most recent zero-defect technology, sheet cleaning system, carbon chambered doctor blades, automatic wash-up system and driers IR+hot air are present too.
